I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist with experience supporting adults, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and longstanding emotional or relational patterns.

My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based and relational approaches including EMDR, family systems, attachment-focused work, and somatic awareness, while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and personality. I believe therapy works best when clients feel both emotionally safe and genuinely understood — not judged, pathologized, or pushed into a one-size-fits-all approach.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves or others, or caught in recurring patterns around relationships, self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, or anxiety. I also enjoy working with clients exploring identity, sexuality, family dynamics, creative burnout, multicultural experiences, and nontraditional relationship structures.

My style tends to be warm, thoughtful, and conversational, while still helping clients build practical insight, emotional regulation skills, and meaningful change over time. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop a more grounded and sustainable relationship with yourself and others.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
