I'm a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming counsellor based in Australia, with a Bachelor of Counselling (completed 2026) and over four years of experience in private practice. My background also includes working in emergency mental health care, which taught me how to stay calm and present with people in crisis.

I tailor my approach for each client and what they wish to work on. I draw on somatic therapy (because our bodies hold so much of our story), along with EMDR, EFT, ACT, and CBT.
