I am a social work professional with a background in Philosophy, Theology, pastoral care, and counselling services. My early academic and pastoral formation was geared toward becoming a Catholic priest, which gave me extensive experience in supporting individuals through emotional, personal, family, and spiritual challenges. I currently work in Australia providing counselling and therapeutic support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional struggles, family conflicts, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, grief, and personal development issues. I have also supported young people, families, and individuals facing emotional distress, trauma, and social challenges through counselling, mentoring, and therapeutic conversations.
My therapy style is warm, supportive, and interactive. I believe in treating every individual with dignity, empathy, respect, and compassion. I value dialogue as one of the most effective tools for healing, growth, and achieving therapeutic goals. My approach combines person-centred therapy, strengths-based practice, pastoral counselling, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and supportive therapeutic engagement. I will tailor our conversations and support plan to meet your unique needs and personal goals.
I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel difficult, but taking that first step toward healing, growth, and positive change is a courageous decision. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
