About Me
Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, parenting stress, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in both mental health and substance use treatment settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and person-centered interventions. I believe that every person possesses unique strengths and resilience, even during life's most difficult seasons.
As a clinician, I strive to create an environment where clients feel genuinely accepted and understood. Together, we will identify obstacles, develop practical coping strategies, build emotional awareness, and work toward meaningful goals that align with your values and vision for your life.
For clients who desire it, I am comfortable integrating Christian faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process. I believe emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness can work together to support lasting healing and transformation.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
