You may be the person everyone depends on—the strong one, the responsible one, the one who keeps going even when you're exhausted. But who supports you?

Sometimes life changes in ways we never expected. A relationship ends. Family dynamics become overwhelming. Work becomes exhausting. Grief changes you. You reach midlife and begin questioning what you want from the next chapter of your life. Or maybe you've spent so much time caring for everyone else that you've lost sight of yourself.

I'm an experienced therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, family conflict, addiction-related concerns, chronic stress, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women who are navigating relationships, divorce or separation, changing family roles, self-worth, burnout, and midlife transitions.

My approach is warm, compassionate, culturally responsive, and practical. Therapy with me is not about judgment or being told what you "should" do. It's a collaborative space where you can be honest about what is happening in your life, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop realistic strategies for moving forward.

I also work with clients struggling with codependency, abandonment, control issues, infidelity, forgiveness, financial stress, chronic pain or illness, and the emotional exhaustion that can come from constantly caring for others.

Most importantly, I want you to feel seen, heard, and respected. You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes you simply need a safe place to start.

If you're ready to understand yourself differently, strengthen your relationships, set healthier boundaries, or begin creating a life that feels more like your own, I'd be honored to work with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
