Many people spend so much of their time caring for others that they forget they deserve support too. You may appear to have everything together on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck on the inside. If that sounds familiar, you don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals facing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be completely yourself—without fear of judgment—and begin reconnecting with who you are beneath the weight of life’s challenges.

I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I don’t believe you’re broken or need to be “fixed.” Instead, we’ll work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools that help you heal, grow, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. I have experienced grief(through the loss of my father), anxiety, OCD, and ADHD myself, so I understand how lonely and overwhelming mental health struggles can feel. I even see my own therapist regularly to ensure I am able to provide the best quality of therapy to my clients. While everyone’s journey is unique, those experiences have strengthened both my empathy and my commitment to providing care that is grounded in professional expertise and genuine human connection.

Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be one of the most meaningful investments you make in yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover hope, healing, and the life you deserve.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
