Many people reach out for therapy during one of the hardest seasons of their lives. Taking that first step can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment—and where we can work together to help you move toward the life you want.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas and New Mexico, I work with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults from all cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have experience helping individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma, anger, behavioral concerns, men's issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use. Whether you're facing a recent crisis or have been carrying these struggles for years, I believe meaningful change is possible.
I don't believe therapy is about telling you what to do or trying to "fix" you. Instead, I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
My approach is personalized because every person and every story is different. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused approaches. I tailor treatment to fit your goals, helping you better understand yourself, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals experiencing significant emotional distress, including suicidal crises, severe depression, anxiety disorders, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring substance use. Those experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is possible, even when life feels overwhelming or hope seems difficult to find.
Whether you're looking for support through a specific challenge or you're ready to make lasting changes in your life, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
