I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation—not like you’re being analyzed from across the room.

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and honest. I want my clients to feel genuinely understood and supported, while also knowing that I’ll help them recognize patterns, challenge what isn’t working, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I value humor, authenticity, and meeting people where they are without leaving them stuck there.

My background includes work in community mental health, private practice, foster care and child welfare, school-based mental health, and behavioral intervention. I have particular experience working with trauma, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, anxiety, emotion regulation, family and relationship dynamics, parenting stress, foster/adoption-related experiences, and navigating complicated life transitions or medical and caregiving stress.

I’m especially comfortable working with people whose lives don’t fit neatly into one box. You may be successful and overwhelmed, insightful but stuck, carrying old experiences that still affect your present, or simply exhausted from being the person who holds everything together.

In therapy, we’ll look at both the deeper “why” behind what you’re experiencing and the practical “what do I do about it?” I’ll bring compassion, curiosity, evidence-based strategies, and straightforward feedback to the room. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. We can sort through it together.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
