Hi, I’m Hansel. I take a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to counselling, creating a space where you can speak openly, feel heard and work through what’s happening without judgement. I believe counselling should be collaborative and tailored to you.

I support clients with anxiety, stress, burnout, career uncertainty, workplace challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions and broader mental health concerns. I also provide individual and couples counselling, as well as career counselling for those looking for greater clarity and direction in their work and life.

I’m a qualified PACFA counsellor and clinical supervisor with over eight years of experience across mental health, vocational and workplace settings. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling, and I’ve worked across counselling, education, employment and corporate environments.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of what comes next, I'm here to listen, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and support you in finding a way forward.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
