I am a gentle, non-judgmental, caring, and nurturing practitioner with over 15 years of experience across school systems, hospitals, community welfare, and private practice, supporting children, adults, and families. Beginning in October 2026, I also step into the role of a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring and guiding other health professionals in the field.

My approach is warm, out-of-the-box, and deeply rooted in a passion for neuroscience, somatic body-mind connections, and holistic wellbeing. Alongside evidence-based talk therapies like ACT and Psychotherapy, I am a Clinical Integrative Arts Therapist. I love bringing creative elements, such as the arts and music for those who are interested, into our sessions to help you process what words alone cannot always reach, bringing to the surface strengths and aspects of self you may not yet be aware of.

I can also incorporate movement, exercise, and valuable relevant lifestyle changes to support nervous system regulation and self-care.

I have a special passion for seeing people as a whole and meeting them wherever they are in life. This includes working with neurodivergent individuals (including Autism and ADHD), navigating parenting challenges, and helping clients untangle stress and anxiety.

I am also passionate about supporting clients through faith deconstruction, religious trauma, and major identity shifts.

Whether working with adults seeking deeper self-worth or families navigating major life transitions, and more peace in their daily lives, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can focus on nurturing yourself, healing, feeling less alone, and truly loving your life.

Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling, authentic life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process and help you blaze your own trail, whatever that looks like for you. I'm proud of you for simply showing up, because I do believe that you matter.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
