Bryanne is very personable, she feels as if she is a family member or friend, she is extremely patient, allows me to talk as much as I need and even when I jump from subject to subject. I have told her very intimate things, and she has not once even hinted at judging or criticizing me, but sends me worksheets to help me understand myself, gives me options for very tiny goals, responds back to me and answers all of my statements/questions. I am really glad I was paired with her, and plan to continue. I really feel like she will be able to help me for good.

Hello! I am your friendly Northwoods therapist. I love spending my free time hiking, biking or kayaking in the north woods or in the upper peninsula. I have two children, 1 dog and 3 cats in my home with me.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Wisconsin with over 20 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting problems, and trauma. I have my Master’s degree and my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. My therapy approach draws from several forms of therapy including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT), Infant mental health (IMH), solution focused therapy, and Christian counseling. I have worked primarily in community mental health in an outpatient setting.

I am a strengths-based, Christian counselor who believes that people who have experienced difficult situations in life can be uplifted and fulfilled with the appropriate support. I provide support by teaching coping skills, validating feelings and problem solving.

I look forward to partnering with you to make positive, productive changes in your life. Click to schedule an appointment with me and we will discuss the next steps on your journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
