Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, or simply looking to understand yourself on a deeper level, we'll work together to help you move toward the life you want.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic and nervous system regulation, attachment-informed care, and creative interventions when appropriate. While I specialize in art therapy, artistic experience is never required. Creativity is simply one of many tools we can use to access emotions, gain insight, and promote healing.

I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, understand your patterns, build resilience, and develop practical skills you can use in everyday life. Together, we'll create goals that feel meaningful and attainable while honoring your unique story and pace.

My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in your ability to navigate whatever life brings.
